A written detailed quotation will be provided specifying works to be carried out, materials to be used and health and safety issues (quoting for labour only/ labour & materials)

Start and completion dates

Estimated time scale of work to be carried out communicating and working with other trades, to ensure dates are met

An hourly rate will be agreed should any extra work be foreseen

Scaffold can be arranged if necessary

No hidden extra’s

Due to the age and nature of period properties, a contingency allowance could be set aside and used at your discretion, should any unforeseen works need doing i.e. rotted woodwork, loose plaster etc.

All furniture, fixtures and surfaces not painted will be adequately protected and your house will be left clean and tidy with any debris being removed.

Terms of Payment

Payment to be settled upon completion of your project.

Large projects going on for several weeks will require staged payments and these will need to be agreed with you before commencing any work.
